SHIPPING POLICY

At Runningoat, we offer FREE shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. Wherever you are in the world, your delivery is always on us.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free shipping and delivery times

Shipping is completely free on all orders. The estimated delivery time is 9 to 14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of the order. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs duties and import taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are payable by the customer and are not included in the price of the order.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.
