REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

This policy applies to all orders placed on runningoat.com, operated by Runningoat – Entreprise individuelle, 108 Parc des Sources, 93220 Gagny, France.

Return period

We have a 30-day return policy: wherever in the world you are, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers resident in the European Union also keep their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code; our 30-day policy is more generous and does not reduce that right.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at contact@runningoat.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is covered by Runningoat. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All products also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by French law.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have any question about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.
