  2. These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of products made through runningoat.com, operated by Runningoat, a LLC organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico. By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

2. Products

Products offered for sale are those displayed on the website at the time of viewing, subject to availability. Essential product characteristics are described on each product page. Product images are provided for illustration only and are not contractually binding.

 

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable sales tax and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination. Runningoat reserves the right to change prices at any time; orders are charged at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

 

4. Orders

You place an order online through the shopping cart. An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed. A confirmation email summarizing your order will be sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

 

5. Payment

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation. Runningoat is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond its reasonable control. 7. Returns and Refunds

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State, without regard to its conflict of law principles. And you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
